Carbon Fiber Navigation Tower
This component is the furthest from the bike's center of mass and significantly impacts the vehicle's agility. By making the tower light yet durable, thanks to the use of carbon fiber, the bike remains manageable and capable of withstanding impacts from potential falls. The road book's inclination can be manually adjusted, allowing riders to find the right setting. Additionally, the tower frame is detached from the main frame, so the tower structure can be removed during repair and maintenance interventions during the race.
Streamlined Ergonomics
For the rear tank, the combination of high-strength nylon and polyethylene is a solution used to save space and create optimal volume. It also contributes to the rear frame structure, increasing rigidity for more stable and precise riding. In the rider's action area, the front and rear tanks have been slimmed down to the dimensions of the official CRF rally bikes, offering a natural riding position without obstacles for maximum control.
Factory Suspensions
The suspensions feature specific and dedicated hydraulic damping settings and springs with different elastic constants (K). The fork has enlarged titanium stanchions with Kashima surface treatment, and the shock absorber has a titanium-coated piston rod to reduce friction, just like on the CRF450R Works Edition.
XTrig Triple Clamps
As on the CRF450R Works Edition, the combination of stiffness and strength has been optimized using components jointly developed by XTRIG and Honda. The bike is equipped with a steering damper.
Akrapovic Exhaust
The titanium exhaust system developed by Akrapovic is the same unit mounted on the official CRF rally and offers the same performance in terms of power delivery. However, the headers and connecting pipes in steel are manufactured directly by HRC.
Engine
The entire internal combustion unit has been designed to tackle a single discipline: Rally. With a maximum power of about 58 HP, it maintains excellent reliability. The 6-speed gearbox with long ratios allows managing the bike's behavior at any speed and ensures exceptional thrust at every engine rpm. An additional enlarged radiator has been added to the technical package to reduce oil/water temperature, maintaining high overall engine reliability even in the most extreme conditions. Approximate maximum speed: 160 km/h
